1. In order to reduce the pressure and burden of job seekers who are willing to join the financial industry to prepare for multiple employment examinations, the Taiwan Financial Research and Training Institute has integrated the test subjects that are commonly used in bank recruitment of new employees, and promoted the "Financial Personnel Basic Subject Test (FIT)" with reference to a concept similar to the entrance exam. Many banks have now adopted the test results as a qualification for new recruits or as a condition for gaining extra points in the oral exam.
